To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we maintain clear operational policies. Please review our standard procedures below.
Reception Hours
Our reception is open daily from 07:00 am to 12:00 Midnight. During weekends and holidays, we provide 24-hour reception service.
Check-In Policy
Standard check-in time is 14:00 untill late. Early check-in up to 2 hours is free of charge. Earlier check-ins (up to 8 hours early) incur a half-day charge.
Check-Out Policy
Standard check-out time is until 12:00 pm. Late check-out up to 6 hours (until 18:00) is subject to a half-day extra charge.
After-Hours Service
For check-in or check-out during 00:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, please kindly inform the reception in advance.
