Residency Rules
All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking on the balcony is only permitted if doors remain closed. Violations incur a mandatory deep cleaning fee of 5,000 THB. Strict quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 10:00. Overnight stays are permitted for registered guests only.
Facilities and Safety
Proper swimwear is required for pool use. Pool hours are from 08:00 to 22:00. Guests must shower before entering the water. Please follow all safety guidelines and lifeguard instructions.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in is from 14:00. Standard check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and additional charges as detailed in our Room Policies
Liability and Valuables
Vtsix Condos accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' valuables. We strongly recommend all guests utilize the in-room safes for passports, jewelry, and cash.
Damages
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to rooms, furniture, appliances, or common areas caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to terminate occupancy immediately without compensation for serious breach of these terms, illegal activities, or significant disturbance to other residents and guests.
